Junto com redu\u00e7\u00f5es de custo significativas e cont\u00ednuas em energia solar fotovoltaica e e\u00f3lica, o crescimento dos leil\u00f5es criou um ambiente\u00a0de licita\u00e7\u00e3o altamente competitivo que colocou forte press\u00e3o\u00a0no mercado\u00a0que baixou os\u00a0pre\u00e7os para projetos de energia renov\u00e1vel.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">No primeiro semestre de 2020, 13 pa\u00edses concederam cerca de 50 GW em nova capacidade, quebrando um recorde de capacidade leiloada. Quanto ao n\u00famero total de pa\u00edses que realizaram leil\u00f5es de energia renov\u00e1vel, este diminuiu durante o ano (de 41 para pelo menos 33), mas v\u00e1rios novos pa\u00edses realizaram leil\u00f5es pela primeira vez. Observou-se que a mudan\u00e7a para leil\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m reduziu a diversidade de participantes em alguns mercados, principalmente o envolvimento de\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">grupos de energia cooperativa<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Apesar das condi\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f4micas desafiadoras,\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pa\u00edses latino-americanos e caribenhos expandiram sua capacidade fotovoltaica<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Devido a fatores como a abund\u00e2ncia de incid\u00eancia solar, pre\u00e7os em queda e pol\u00edticas favor\u00e1veis\u00a0em alguns pa\u00edses, as instala\u00e7\u00f5es em sistemas de gera\u00e7\u00e3o centralizada aumentaram consideravelmente em 2020, com destaque para a\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Brasil<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(adicionando 3,1 GW, representando 68,6% a mais do que 2019),<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(1,5 GW),\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Chile<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(0,8 GW) e<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Argentina<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(0,3 GW). O Brasil tamb\u00e9m ultrapassou o M\u00e9xico em capacidade total instalada anual, que representa gera\u00e7\u00e3o centralizada e gera\u00e7\u00e3o distribu\u00edda, com 7,7 GW.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MERCADO DE ENERGIA EL\u00c9TRICA RENOV\u00c1VEL NO BRASIL<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gera\u00e7\u00e3o distribu\u00edda de energia solar no Brasil<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(definida por instala\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 5 MW) predominou no mercado de capacidade adicionada pelo segundo ano consecutivo. Al\u00e9m disso, liderou tamb\u00e9m em investimentos e cria\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos, impulsionada\u00a0por uma regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o nacional de\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">net\u00a0metering<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0e\u00a0pelo aumento dos pre\u00e7os da eletricidade\u00a0acima das taxas de infla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">O relat\u00f3rio tamb\u00e9m comenta\u00a0as mudan\u00e7as propostas para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o distribu\u00edda no\u00a0Brasil, cujo processo foi interrompido devido ao foco de aten\u00e7\u00e3o para o combate da pandemia. Al\u00e9m disso, no pa\u00eds\u00a0houve\u00a0leil\u00f5es p\u00fablicos de energia para usinas de grande escala adiados, mas novas licita\u00e7\u00f5es (inclusive para energia solar fotovoltaica) foram programadas para os anos 2021-2023.\u00a0Em mar\u00e7o foi assinado o maior PPA solar,\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Power\u00a0Purchase\u00a0Agreement<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0do Brasil\u00a0para a usina Atlas Casablanca de 330 MW, que fornecer\u00e1 eletricidade para opera\u00e7\u00f5es de minera\u00e7\u00e3o anglo-americanas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">J\u00e1 em\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">energia e\u00f3lica<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, o Brasil em 2020 adicionou 2,3 GW de capacidade instalada em gera\u00e7\u00e3o centralizada, o equivalente a tr\u00eas vezes as instala\u00e7\u00f5es do pa\u00eds em 2019, totalizando 17,7 GW. Assim como na energia fotovoltaica, leil\u00f5es em 2020 foram adiados e, neste caso,\u00a0agendados para 2021. J\u00e1, na\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Fran\u00e7a<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0tamb\u00e9m surgiram atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es na sua legisla\u00e7\u00e3o para permitir que consumidores e produtores de energias renov\u00e1veis criem comunidades de energia em redes de baixa tens\u00e3o.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It\u00e1lia<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0lan\u00e7ou um programa piloto que permite que resid\u00eancias, empresas e entidades p\u00fablicas com sistemas fotovoltaicos em telhado de 200 kW ou menos possuam, gerem, vendam, armazenem e distribuam energia renov\u00e1vel. Com o objetivo de impulsionar o desenvolvimento dessas comunidades de energia, o governo fornece uma tarifa de 20 anos de EUR 0,10 a EUR 0,11 (US $0,12 a US $0,14) por kWh de energia compartilhada entre os membros. A comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o e armazenamento de energia renov\u00e1vel tamb\u00e9m se tornou poss\u00edvel em\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Montenegro<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, onde o excedente poder\u00e1 ser vendido a terceiros, individualmente ou por meio da agrega\u00e7\u00e3o a outros sistemas de gera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Holanda<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0foi o quarto maior instalador de turbinas e\u00f3licas do mundo em 2020, adicionando quase 2 GW (contra 0,3 GW em 2019) resultando em um total acumulado de 6,8 GW. O projeto de\u00a0Zeewolde\u00a0de 0,3 GW tem previs\u00e3o de ser conclu\u00eddo em 2021-2022 e \u00e9 fruto do financiamento de uma cooperativa de 200\u00a0residentes, agricultores e outros investidores.\u00a0Zeewolde\u00a0dever\u00e1 ser o maior parque e\u00f3lico do pa\u00eds de propriedade da comunidade na Europa. Na\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Austr\u00e1lia<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0a capital australiana\u00a0se comprometeu a apoiar diversos empreendimentos residenciais e comerciais totalmente el\u00e9tricos, alguns dos quais inclu\u00edam a op\u00e7\u00e3o de participar de projetos de energia solar comunit\u00e1ria.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Al\u00e9m dos pa\u00edses citados no relat\u00f3rio da REN21, muitos outros pa\u00edses est\u00e3o atuando no setor de energias renov\u00e1veis atrav\u00e9s de projetos de energia comunit\u00e1ria. Desde 2006 a\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Alemanha<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0atua no setor, e hoje conta com 835 cooperativas de energia renov\u00e1vel, segundo\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #008080;\"><a style=\"color: #008080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www2.energia.coop\/brasil\/biblioteca\/noticias-externas\/cooperativas-energia-renovavel-alemanha\/\">pesquisa realizada pela DGRV<\/a><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0&#8211; Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Alem\u00e3 das Cooperativas.
